This is one of my favourite questions.
It allows me to reflect on the wonderful accomplishments I have achieved over my lifetime. Whether it focuses on family, friendships, travel experiences, financial goals, education and fitness, there has always been some kind of continual improvement and challenge I have strived to complete.
Humans are wired for learning and growth. We are always developing our minds and our bodies. From birth we learn to gain control of our muscles and eventually those first few steps are celebrated. But even that fundamental movement doesn't come easily, without setbacks or at the same time for everyone. We are all different and strive for a variety of goals, we all have a differing view of success and what it means to us.
We are set for success in our own time. When we are ready to go to the next step we will look for opportunities and they will be created. We set our goal, make a plan, and take action. Of course it's not always that easy - but there are never failing's just opportunities to learn and grow so you can do it better next time.
SO take some time and write a list of things you would like to achieve in the next five years.
Select a few different categories and the job will be easier
Travel, Purchases, experiences, financial goals, fitness and events, education, employment, fun, family, etc
Make sure you write them down and share them with your positive circle of influence and start ticking them off. There are many ways of recording your achievements from dream boards, photo walls, coffee table books and blogs.
People love hearing of other people's successes as it motivates them to try something new for the first time.
