Working next door to Vision Caringbah, I often saw the trainers out front on the air bikes, and it sparked something in me. After 25 years of putting my health and fitness on the back burner, I decided it was time for a change.
One day, I finally built up the courage to send a Facebook message to Vision. Within an hour, I got a call and had a meeting with Sean that same evening. I told him I wanted to ditch my gut and fit into smaller clothes. I signed up on the spot, knowing there was no turning back.
For years, I thought I knew what "healthy" meant, but starting this journey showed me how much I had to learn. It wasn’t easy, especially at the start, but quitting was never an option. On tough days when I thought I couldn’t push any harder, I pushed myself further.
Following the daily meal plan was key—I stuck to it religiously and even felt frustrated on days I couldn’t meet it. But I stayed committed, and after 12 weeks, I’m 10kg lighter, significantly stronger, and buying smaller clothes for the first time in years.
