Chiara Angioni

Chiara Angioni, age 44, came to the studio on the 23rd of January 2023!

Since she has started here at Vision Bondi Junction:

- She has lost 32kgs in 18 months
- Ran her very first 10km in 2024
- Feeling younger and stronger than she has ever been before

Her next goal is to do the Gold Coast Marathon event running her first 21km!

Here is what Chiara had to say about her journey here at Vision:

"Meeting Max on the street was one of the best decisions of my life, I thank him for having placed me alongside Dale Burns, who was my first PT, with whom we worked on losing body fat, prioritising my nutritional behaviour, but most importantly... on my mindset, motivation and inspiration with a result of losing 25 kg in one year! I thank my trainer for making me believe in myself!"

A special thanks to Giuseppe for supporting me and helping me to improve my running and improving my cardiovascular levels, and to Gustavo for helping me in the final phase of my health and fitness journey by continuing to build and tone up my body!
