I was tired of looking in the mirror and feeling bad about myself. I knew I was overweight but felt helpless to make a real change. At times, I thought I was doing okay—I was swimming a few times a week—but I didn’t realise just how much weight I was carrying or how crucial healthy eating was until I started with Vision. I used to blame my age and metabolism, thinking it was normal to be significantly overweight as you get older.
But the weight came off quickly. After just nine weeks, I had already lost 5 kg, and now, after a few months, I'm almost 10 kg down. I learned that the transformation is 70% diet, and my body thrived on healthier eating and weight training with a personal trainer.
