After retiring from work and being an active participant in my grandchildren’s lives, I realised that I needed to do something about improving my fitness and strength. I joined Vision Personal Training Engadine 2.5 years ago and I now feel much stronger and energised. I love their holistic approach to fitness. With my individual training program encompassing weight training, exercise, nutrition, and group sessions, I feel really great having developed muscle strength in my upper and lower body. I have improved my posture and have better balance. I have completed challenges I thought I would not be able to do. I have learnt a great deal about nutrition, now planning and tracking my meals in the MyVision app to be a healthier, fitter and happier person. My trainer, Julie, has been amazing, always supporting me, setting challenges and encouraging me to realise that age is not a barrier to physical and mental fitness.
