I started with Vision Randwick around the 4th January. I had watched a friend's journey and literally watched her shrink !! After enquiring with her how and what she was doing she told me about her unbelievable experience with Vision Randwick. I was feeling down, totally unfit and completely at a loss as to how I could get my head around losing all this weight I had put on over several years. Vision was going to be my answer and boy have they delivered!

My very first contact was with Trent the director, he immediately put my mind at ease and assured me I could achieve my goals with him and his team. He made me feel so very welcome that I wanted to come back.

Trent then introduced me to my amazing trainer Val, who also assured me that together we could do this. She has been my rock and my biggest supporter who is always there for me any time and any day.

I did it! I signed up and I started!

I have loved and enjoyed every minute. Vision Randwick is like my family away from home. All the trainers and members are so friendly and encouraging, it’s like we are all doing it together. You never feel alone. You are pushed when required and also given a hug when needed. This place and the people in it are full of encouragement, positivity and support. We celebrate all achievements like it’s your own. Even though it’s very loud, we love ringing that bell.

Between the great Vision App which keeps my food intake in check, my PT sessions with Val, the funny friendly banter with Trent and the classes I have stayed committed and have seen great results.

I still have a long way to go but can honestly say after losing this weight already I feel so much happier, lighter and I have gained another family.

This place has been life-changing for me.
