Meet Liz. No gym? No worries! Liz is the perfect example that results can be achieved outside of a gym setting! From day one, Liz has been super determined and committed to change and improve her lifestyle. “It’s now or never” she said! Her goals were to reduce her body fat while getting lean and strong and was super keen to learn how to eat healthy and keep her results for life!
Liz has fully committed to and followed her exercise and nutrition program, while significantly reducing her alcohol too! The results have been amazing, over 8kg down and a 4% reduction in body fat. Liz has now started a running plan, completing three weights session a week with her first ever fun run is only a few months away! We can’t wait to see Liz grow and glow!
