Mark Engel

Mark Engel has just completed his first 9 week program and has done so well in reaching his goals. Mark started as a referral from his friend and long term client David Tepper. He has lost 5kg in fat mass, 5cm down in chest measurements, 6cm down in waist measurements and 4cm down in hips measurements, an amazing result!. He is quite a busy man working a lot of weekends but still comes in and gets his sessions done no matter what which is a massive credit to him. He always has a smile on his face and that’s why we love seeing him come in, keep it up Mark.
