Rosheen had one goal. To be the best version of herself. What did that look like? To weigh under 80kg for the first time in her adult life. When ‘Ro’ came to us at Vision Personal Training Hunter Street, she felt unfit, tired and stressed. She was lacking a proper exercise and nutrition strategy, while working long hours in her busy corporate role. Realising she was only getting older (wisesr too!), Ro decided it was time to act!
Right from the get go, it has been all or nothing for Ro. With a strong focus on her health and fitness goals, she has lost over 13kg! Ro’s secret to success is her total commitment, discipline and no excuse attitude. Following her training program and developing a weekly nutrition plan that she enjoys which keeps within her macros. Even during a five week holiday to Europe, Ro’s determination to keep up her progress meant she trained most days and was very mindful of her food and alcohol consumption, all while having the time of her life!
Rosheen now enjoys training and looking after her nutrition and says it’s no longer a ‘chore’. She is engaged in weekly Group Training sessions and is now more confident and happy, while also and radiating amazing vibes and energy!
