Tess’s goal was to lose 15 kg before her wedding, and with the help of her personal trainer, Karl, she was determined to succeed. However, her journey took an unexpected turn when she had to wear a moon boot for two months due to an injury. Instead of letting this setback derail her, Karl got creative, tailoring workouts that kept her on track while avoiding strain on her foot.

Karl adapted her training to include upper-body strength exercises, core work, and low-impact movements that kept Tess engaged and progressing. With his support, Tess stuck to her nutrition plan, focusing on whole foods and staying consistent.

By her wedding day, Tess had lost the 15 kg and was stronger and more confident than ever. Despite the tough moments, including the moon boot, Tess’s commitment and Karl’s creative approach helped her achieve her goal and transform into the best version of herself.
