Group training can help you stay on track with your goals by simply adding in variety and a little structure to your weekly exercise regime. Training on your own can seem daunting at times which is why so many people can become de-motivated and instead elect to do it others. Sometimes you just need people right beside you to get you through a tough day and a tough workout. Your ultimate goals are not so distant when you others help you along the way which is why many people are consistently turning up to group training and getting great results. It certainly is more rewarding and can be a lot more fun if you all decide to work together to make sure you all get the best out of each other.

Social Aspect - Why do it alone? Sharing the workout enhances the experience for all participants and this is a great to work up a sweat and bond with other like minded people.
Motivation - Having someone exercising right beside you can push you a little harder than you might do on your own. Having the right people around you and the right environment to keep you stimulated is vital and group training has all the right ingredients designed to keep your energy levels high. Along with motivation, group training engages its participants and excites participants to come back for more next time.

Support - Knowing that you have others who are experiencing what you are feeling is a reassuring feeling that you are not alone and that you can rely on the people that you are surrounded by to get you through a workout. We all need others encouragement at times and group sessions provide this exact element to your program.
Consistency - Research shows that members that participate in group training are more likely stick with their exercise regime longer term.

Fitness Levels - All group training sessions are unique and require participants to do a wide variety of exercises which doesn't necessarily mean you need to be majorly fit, it just means everyone has the choice of working at their own pace. Yes you will mostly be pushed however that doesn't mean you will not be able to participate.
