Oat Biscuits
25g oats
20ml sugar free maple syrup
½ Banana mashed
10ml vanilla extract
Method: Bake 180 degrees until golden brown
Banana Protein Pancakes
1 Banana mashed
1 scoop protein powder (any flavour)
1 egg
Cinnamon powder to taste - optional
Method: Mash banana, add egg and protein powder, mix until pancake mixture, and add water if too thick - Fry in pan
Add any berries and a drizzle of honey or sugar free maple syrup
Oat Cakes
40g oats
80g natural yoghurt
10ml vanilla extract
1 egg
1 scoop protein powder (any flavour)
Add berries and or choc chips
Method: Mix all together and put in cupcake tray on non-stick baking paper
Ice Cream
50g natural yoghurt
30g mashed banana
1 scoop protein powder
Add berries and or choc chips
Method: Put into moulds (can be found in Kmart - 6 for $1.50 and put in freezer
