Results are a funny thing, we all want them and we all dream about what we'll do once we reach them, but not all of us are prepared to sacrifice the things that are stopping us from achieving them.

Ask yourself what is holding you back? What are the small things in the way that will take you from 80% to 100%? The trouble is most people are happy with 80%, they're happy to achieve a good result and feel the extra push isn't worth the effort. Sure the hardest part is the small details, the last 20%, but it is also the most rewarding. Achieving something knowing you gave it everything you have is the most satisfying feeling in the world.

When it comes to getting in the best shape of your life, everyone will put in their all at some point along their journey, but the ones that get exceptional results in for the long term are ones that know the word consistency likes it's their first name. Absolutely every angle is covered. If they have to weigh their food, every single meal is weighed and prepared. In the gym, they never miss a workout. If they're allowed cheat meals, they only have them when instructed. These people don't simply solve a problem like having low energy with 3 shots of espresso and assume it'll go away; they look for the actual cause. They'll look through the obvious answer of poor sleep quality and consider other factors such as vitamin and mineral deficiencies, poor digestion, food intolerances and inflammation.

These types of people know not to fear change, they aren't afraid of standing out from people around them. They know with change will bring more knowledge, confidence and a better life, all of which they welcome and enjoy.

So which one are you?

Are you the person who let's nothing stop them from achieving what they desire?

Or are you the person not able to decide between sacrifice and success?
