Have you ever tried to start a weight loss process with training and a food plan and for some reason it didn't work, or did you give up following this plan in the middle of the process because you found it difficult and even out of your reality?

If your answer is yes, most likely you should be putting your focus and attention in the wrong place and should read this text until the end.

Did you know that there are 4 pillars for definitive weight loss that are the basis of any process and that without them it will be almost impossible to lose weight? They are:

Daily Training
It needs to be constant regardless of what you can do. For example: it doesn't matter if you run or cycle or train with weights to lose weight, the best option will be the one that you can be CONSTANT in doing and one made part of your daily routine, so specify the best activity applied for your objective.

Planned Meals
Imagine not having to give up your favourite food, your favourite drink, your favourite dessert… Yes, including all these foods can and SHOULD be part of your eating plan in a balanced way. Without these foods, it will only make you feel more anxious, frustrated and discouraged during the process.

Calculated Hydration
1 litre of water for every 20kg. This is the calculation to know the ideal amount of water you have to drink DAILY. A dehydrated body doesn't lose weight. If you think you can't reach that daily goal, imagine that it will be much harder to commit to the rest. So simple as that drink water.

Regulated Sleep
8 hours of sleep per night - it is the essential for us. The first step is to understand your routine and then adjust the 3 pillars above in a way that they don't disturb or interfere as little as possible with the quality of your sleep. For example, you should do your activity in the morning if you have difficulty sleeping.

These 4 Pillars are the BASE for the success of your process and the main one, for your SUPPORT. Maybe you're at a stage in your life where you can't get 8 hours of sleep, but if 1 of the 4 pillars above is not possible right now, you still have the other 3 where you can put your FOCUS and then do the best you can instead of giving up the whole process and make your goal even further away.

We are here to help you on your journey.
