Every half an hour is only 2.083% of our day. By thinking of this time frame in this way, what thoughts come to your mind?

What do we do in our 30 minutes sessions? We have you train with Professional Personal Trainers who keep you motivated, accountable and educated in order to achieve your GOALS.

But still, it is only just over 2% of your day... I'll leave you to do the maths on how much of your week that is. So, I ask you, "is your 30 minutes session all you need to get results?"

Let's try to work out the amount of time we have in a day to possibly make some powerful and positive changes. The changes that take our lifestyle from being acceptable to a very healthy one, from good to great!

TOTAL HOURS IN ONE DAY - 24. That is one thing we know, one thing we cannot change and ultimately what we are working with. We are all equal of this one thing in life.

HOURS SLEEPING PER DAY -? Ideally, we're aiming between 7-9 hours, right?

HOURS AT WORK PER DAY -?

TIME TRAVELING TO AND FROM WORK + VISION PER DAY -?

TIME CLEANING AND HOUSE CHORES PER DAY -?

TIME COOKING AND EATING PER DAY -?

TIME SPENT WITH OUR LOVED ONES - PARTNERS, CHILDREN, FRIENDS PER DAY -?

TIME TRAINING PER DAY -?

TIME REMAINING PER DAY -?

Now let's try to work out this time allocation for the whole week being: 168 hours.  Some days of course will have more of one task/errand/free time than another. Once we deduct the sum of hours spent from our total of each week, how much free time do you have at the end of your week?

What can we possibly do in that time to make our life better? Is it possible that can we re-allocate this time? In turn this might very well save time or your health later in time.

Let's use an example. If your hours of sleeping are, on average, are less than eight per day, how much time can we take from our "remaining" to add it to our sleeping hours? Or how much time can we add to our "cooking" so we can actually plan our meals ahead with the right portions?

Think internally and question yourself. How much time of my day am I using to make my life better? And how much time is, let's be honest, wasted? Write it somewhere and then see how much of your wasted time can be transformed into useful and productive time knowing that you can later make use of the "remaining" time I have.

If we make great use of our 2.083% here and there, surely, we can make towards 100%.

Make your life better so you won't have any regret in the future. Is it worth only focusing on our health for just the 2.083% of our day?

The choice is all yours!
