About the owner

Joe Sprange

Joe has been the owner of Vision Personal Training Mosman since 2013. Joe came into the health and fitness industry after a career in advertising and marketing, including Macquarie Bank. For Joe, transforming members of the Mosman Community into fitter, healthier, happier people has been an incredibly rewarding journey. A Mosman local, Joe and the Vision Team are actively involved in the local community, supporting many community events including Mosman Public School with their fundraising efforts connected to the mini-mos marathon - an event he first competed in, in 1986. Joe is a (slightly obsessed!) triathlete, and loves a challenging BRIC (bike/ run in combination) session. His first Ironman triathlon in 2006 confirmed his status as an Ironman tragic, and he hasn't looked back. Joe is a proud father of a little boy, and understands the challenges of juggling work/ family/ fitness that his clients face. Joe has a practical, solutions based approach to helping his clients achieve their health and fitness goals within their busy lives.
