When Amelia first came to Vision, she was feeling discouraged and unhealthy. She had set a goal to lose weight and improve her overall fitness, but wasn't sure where to start.
She began with a combination of healthy eating habits, incorporating more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into her diet. She also started with gentle walks, gradually increasing the distance and pace as her fitness improved. Once she felt comfortable, we incorporated light running and resistance training into her routine.

She not only lost 15kgs, but she also gained confidence and energy. She's now able to run several kilometres without stopping and feels AMAZING in her clothes.
