How was your health and fitness before you joined Vision?
Before joining Vision, I was in a real slump. I felt constantly tired, had low energy, and wasn't my best self. My overall health and fitness were lackluster.
Tell me about your recent training (the highlight of it)?
My training routine started with two early morning PT sessions per week. I figured that waking up so early would eliminate any excuses and force me to stick to my fitness goals. I combined these sessions with daily walks and occasional high-intensity group classes. A highlight has been the camaraderie and support from the other members in the group classes.
What results have you achieved lately?
I've successfully lost over 16kg and have been able to maintain my weight. While my primary goal wasn't cosmetic, it's incredibly rewarding to fit back into clothes I haven't worn in years.
What would you tell someone who is thinking about joining Vision?
Don't hesitate, just join! Vision has completely transformed my life. The biggest testament to its effectiveness is the positive impact it's had on my entire family. My husband has been so inspired by my progress that he's started training with James as well.
