Dana Thompson

Coming to Vision Gymea has probably been the best decision of my life. At 21 years old I was the heaviest and unhappiest I'd ever been. Once I made the decision and committed to this new journey, I was expertly partnered with my Trainer Adrian whose sense of humour, expertise and enthusiasm genuinely made me enjoy coming to the Studio. Vision Gymea and the staff who run it have become a big part of my life and one of my favourite parts of each day.  I'm now the fittest, happiest and strongest I've been in over 5 years and look forward to achieving new goals. I've learned to be more accountable, make better health decisions and to stop saying 'I can't' and start saying 'I'll try'. Thank you, Adrian and Vision Gymea!
