Not long ago, Hannah walked into the studio feeling stuck and unhappy in herself. She told me, "I just don't feel good right now, so I need to change it!" And that’s exactly what she did.

Since then, she has lost 5kg, built strength, and gained more energy than ever before! But beyond the numbers, it’s her determination, mindset, and commitment that truly stand out.

From the beginning, Hannah had clear goals:

She wanted to feel stronger, not just for herself but so she could carry her boys with ease.
She knew cardio would help with fat loss and fitness, but she also discovered it helps her de-stress and feel good.
She’s been consistent with her Food Diary, knowing that better nutrition = better energy.

And she’s made a powerful mindset shift—making time for herself instead of always putting work or family first, because as she puts it: “If I’m happier, it helps my family.”

Hannah is also pushing her limits and taking on new challenges. She’s set her sights on running the Hoka Half Marathon, a huge step that not only keeps her motivated but helps her keep up with her active friends and, most importantly, her kids.

Through it all, Hannah has been a huge part of our Group Training sessions and Seminars, constantly learning and improving. She’s been cooking delicious, healthy meals at home, and her energy levels have never been better.
