I started my journey a few months ago at Vision PT Frenchs Forest after seeing an ad for a “Fit After 50” program. Going through menopause, it seemed like nothing I did would shift the weight, and it just kept increasing. As I got older, I realized I needed to become more active and pay more attention to my diet for optimum health.
I'm proud to say I'm now close to the goal I set for myself, having lost 8 kilos so far. Bali, here I come! A huge thanks to Amber for her unwavering support, encouragement, and check-ins. She is an amazing PT! Love her!
I now feel fabulous, fitter, and stronger. In addition to my two PT sessions a week, I walk most days, work out in the gym twice a week, and eat healthily most of the time (meal prepping is essential). It’s also okay to have a treat now and then.
Loving my journey with Vision, especially the weight training! It has truly changed my life!
