Last October, I reached a turning point. I knew I needed to lose weight and get back into exercising, but every time I tried to establish a routine at home, life got in the way. There was always an excuse—too busy, too tired, not sure where to start—and before I knew it, I had fallen into a cycle of frustration and inaction. I realized I couldn’t do it alone, so I made the decision to walk into Vision and see how they could help me take control of my health and fitness.
From the moment I started, my trainer Alex has been an incredible support. He didn’t just throw a workout plan at me—he educated me on the importance of proper nutrition, helping me understand how to make good food choices and hit my macros consistently. More importantly, he taught me that getting fitter and stronger wasn’t just about numbers on the scale, but about building a sustainable lifestyle.
With Alex’s guidance, I’ve not only lost 9kg, but I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever.
