A huge congratulations to Josephine Nastasi, who has achieved an incredible 20kg weight loss during her first year of motherhood with the support of her trainer Sofiane, her family, and the Vision community!

“My weight loss journey began in December 2023 with my trainer Sofiane, and I’ve successfully shed 20kg as of my latest milestone. It wouldn’t have been possible without Sofiane’s support and guidance throughout my journey.”

Josephine joined Vision at a time when many new mothers find it challenging to prioritise their health and fitness. By implementing realistic changes with just two 30-minute 1-on-1 sessions and regular Group Boxing classes, we created a routine that was both sustainable and easy to manage within her busy lifestyle.

And the results speak for themselves! Not only has Josephine reached her goal, but she’s also embraced a balanced, active lifestyle:

“It feels incredible reaching my goal, and now I’m focusing on maintaining a balanced life, juggling gym workouts, physical culture dancing, and the demands of home life with a 1-year-old.”

Josephine’s journey has also inspired her husband Lorenzo, who has now started working on his own fitness goals at Vision. Together, they’re building a healthier and more active future for their family, and we’re so excited to support them both into 2025 and beyond!

“Heading into 2025, I am committed to staying on track, embracing a healthier mindset, and continuing the progress. My journey involved a lot of discipline and adaptability with motherhood, and it has been rewarding both physically and mentally. This has also inspired my husband to join the journey together at Vision, and for that, I am grateful.”

Josephine’s story is a powerful reminder that with support, consistency, and determination, it’s possible to achieve incredible results, even during life’s busiest moments.
