I was not keeping track of activity or food intake and felt unfit. I had made improvements in the past, but it was easy to slip back to old habits without constant checking in, and
measuring.

The scans help to have more detailed qualitative data, as I was mostly just going off the scale and calorie tracking. I was initially focussed solely on weight loss, but now enjoy the progression of training and getting larger numbers on the weights and trying new exercises. Having accountability and regular check ins twice a week has been really beneficial, as well as access to the community with group sessions, seminars, and informational sessions through the MyVision app.

It's super helpful to have a PT who supports you, is there for you every step of the way, on your journey, and helps to encourage you to meet your goals. It helps you build a routine.
