Since joining Vision, I’ve discovered that weight loss and fitness aren’t about quick fixes or extreme dieting—something I had unfortunately fallen into in previous years. Instead, Hayden and the team have shown me that real, lasting change comes from building sustainable habits in both nutrition and exercise. What I love most is that there’s no pressure to be perfect. If I have an off week, it’s okay—the support is always there to help me reset and keep moving forward.
From the moment I started, I set my sights on a big goal, and I’m so proud to say that I’ve now hit the 20kg mark—just about reaching my weight loss target! Not only am I lighter, but I feel stronger, healthier, and full of energy. The group training sessions that once felt tough have only gotten easier, and I’ve rediscovered my love for running. One of my biggest milestones was completing my first 10km run in a very, very long time—and I lived to tell the tale!
