What an absolute superstar this woman has been for all of 2020! She kept up her training all through Covid lockdown, allowing her to maintain her fitness and strength. Coming out of lockdown, Kate set and achieved some amazing goals once we were back in the Studio. Kate hit her 12 month fitness goal of running 10km! Not only that, she won our Body Breakthrough Challenge losing 15kg in 9 weeks and greatly improving her strength and stamina in the process!
