Joining Vision Personal Training at the beginning of 2021 was a very big step for me.

In 2020, I gained a few extra kilos, ate unhealthy foods and felt extremely unproductive. I set big goals that I never achieved and found myself in a negative mindset that was extremely hard to shake off.

I met Mitch through my husband, and began the conversation of setting achievable goals. Mitch listened to my worries, answered all my questions and guided me every step of the way. I joined the gym with the intention to lose some weight, but now I am truly enjoying participating in the group classes, going for runs and attending my training sessions.

All the trainers at Vision, Baulkham Hills genuinely make you feel so welcomed and noticed. They celebrate your wins and encourage you every day. I truly don't mind travelling one hour to train where I am surrounded by people who are encouraging and kind. This is a one of a kind personal training gym!
