Louise French

Louise has been a valued member of the Vision Personal Training Sylvania community for 3 years now. Louise has achieved tremendous results in winning a Studio Weight Loss Challenge since she has been here.

Not only that, Louise has completed a variety of events including the Sutherland to Surf, the Sun Run, 2 half marathons, Tough Mudder, a 55km charity walk and the list goes on. Besides her personal achievements, Louise is very well respected by Clients and Trainers. Her willingness to help and motivate other Clients is incredible whether they are new Clients or not. She has a great positive attitude and she definitely epitomises the Vision Spirit.
