We were looking for a change in our lives and believe us, Vision Personal Training Bondi Junction did just that. We were fed up with our 'Yo-yo' ways and we knew that it was time to 'Just do it' (Sandy's and Alissa's favourite motto). After looking at various gyms in our area, Vision was the clear winner as it focused on individual personalised training programs, group training and knowledge on healthy eating. Walking into Vision Personal Training Bondi Junction, we were welcomed into the Vision family and that felt so good. Our trainers initially Emma and Ross whom kick started our life changing journey both guided and encouraged us every step of the way. With their support we became not just physically stronger but mentally too. Max taking us on a shopping tour really opened our eyes in making better food choices. Sandy also enjoys Max's X-Train class every Thursday which makes Sandy feel pumped. This is followed by our weekly sushi reward. Craig and Pat, our current trainers always inspire and motivate us to achieve our goals. Both Pat and Craig taught us weight exercises we never thought that we could do before. We are very fortunate to have such professional and caring Trainers as them. Together with Vision we enjoy our Zumba classes where we let go and shake it with the music. Doing this life changing journey as a mother and daughter team is very special as it has bought out the best in us. Despite the hard work during our PT sessions we always have lots of fun especially when we become competitive with each other. Our goal is to strive to inspire others to do the same. Not only did we lose 30kg collectively, Vision Personal Training Bondi Junction transformed our lives by giving back our confidence, self esteem and willpower. We can't believe it's already been a year, last October we joined Vision...we guess time goes fast when you are having fun. With a combination of Vision and Zumba has led us to develop a love and passion for fitness and health. Vision has taught Alissa that age is not a barrier, you just have to put your mind and soul into it and it will happen. Vision Personal Training Bondi Junction has truly been the best investment that we ever invested in. We would like to thank the entire Vision Personal Training Bondi Junction for their continuous love and support from Day 1, because without them we couldn't have done it.
