After having my first child in 2019 I struggled to lose the excess weight I had gained and felt unmotivated mentally and physically to put in the effort required to do so. After my husband joined Vision in October 2022 and saw results and the dedication he had, I realised I needed to do something to improve my health and fitness too and become the best version of myself again. Not only did I want to lose the weight but I wanted to improve my strength and mental wellbeing.
I am feeling stronger and happier and have dropped nearly 9kgs this year, still with more to come. I have established a good routine with my PT sessions, gym group training sessions and tracking my macros with changes in my eating habits and healthier cooking options.
Whilst my weight loss journey continues, I am focusing on my strength and toning and improving my mental health, continuing to enjoy the energy in the studio, signing up to more group events and, being part of the Vision family in the community.
