Before starting Vision, I had zero motivation to go to the gym to do anything, I was quite lazy. I was always moody and wasn’t happy within myself. I found myself stress eating and eating whenever I wanted. I always knew change needed to happen but found it hard to do so. What stopped me from making these improvements earlier is that I was still young and didn't know how to go about it and what was the right way. My lack of knowledge played a massive part in why I didn't make these changes earlier.
Through this experience I have managed to gain and expand on my knowledge to help better myself. I was surprised to discover how much more I would like training. And how fun exercising can be when you have such amazing support around you and having that extra motivation every week to go to the gym and get your body moving.
The biggest benefits from Vision is that I am able to work on my strength and gain strength that I never had and work toward my goal. If someone asked me why Vision I would tell them don’t think about just go for it, it will be the best decision you will ever make everyone is very supportive and friendly and all I have one thing in mind getting to your goal.
