1. How was your health and fitness before you joined Vision?
'Life is what happens when you are busy making plans...' Before joining Vision, my health and fitness were at an all-time low. I struggled with my priorities and thus I had weight issues, lacked energy, and felt generally unwell.
2. Tell me about your recent training (the highlight of it).
My recent training journey at Vision has been transformational. The highlight for me was rediscovering my strength and resilience through consistent and challenging workouts and expert guidance from my trainers on fitness and nutrition.
3. What results have you achieved?
Recently, I've achieved remarkable results - shedding over 18kgs of weight and witnessing a significant improvement in my overall strength from the resistance training and fitness levels from classes and running. It's been an incredible journey of personal growth and accomplishment. Most importantly due to these improvements in my fitness levels I have seen a reduction in my Golf handicap and I have more energy to spend on family activities such as wrestling with my children.
4. What would you tell someone who is thinking about joining Vision?
To anyone considering joining Vision, I would wholeheartedly encourage you to take the leap. The supportive environment, tailored workouts, and knowledgeable trainers make all the difference. Trust the process, stay committed and you'll be amazed at what you can achieve.
