How was your health and fitness before you joined Vision?
I was struggling with maintaining a health and fitness routine. I didn't have a structured workout routine, and I was not eating healthy. The friendly and supportive environment of Vision Ivanhoe encouraged me to suggest Kendra join as well.
Tell me about your recent training (the highlight of it).
The highlight for me is spending time with my daughter and encouraging each other in our different goals. In training, Lukaz and the team have been incredibly supportive, encouraging us to complete extra sessions and extend ourselves into fun runs.
What results have you achieved lately?
We have also seen great results in our overall fitness and strength. The program is good and positively reminds us of a little more dietary discipline.
What would you tell someone who is thinking about joining Vision?
We would tell someone who is thinking about joining Vision to just go for it and bring a friend or family member! The trainers are amazing and provide a personalised approach to help you reach your goals.
