Early 2016 I ran into a friend I had not seen in ages - She looked amazing and said she went to Vision Kogarah.
I decided then that when I was ready to lose weight, that is where I was going to go too. A year later I walked through the door and it was the best thing I have ever done.
I have lost 16kgs, made lots of new friends and become more confident and outgoing.
During a promotion, I encouraged Jason to join and he has lost about 6kgs and gained a lot of muscle. We both help each other stay focused and it helps keep us on track.
Hopefully it will become a whole family thing soon!
