I definitely wasn’t happy with the way I was looking or feeling. I always felt lethargic and had no energy and had a low self-esteem. I work 6 days a week and I personally felt I had no time but going with Vision made realise that I can be flexible with times and making more time to exercise and understand the importance of exercise. I also love my food and I personally didn’t realise I could still enjoy my favourite foods by fitting them into my weekly diet but not over doing it, and now making healthier options.
I’m learning how to be accountable with what I eat and how I treat my body and find the love for exercise and also waking up early to start my day on a high and being able to last all day without feeling tired or lazy.
One of the biggest benefits from my experience at Vision PT would be gaining knowledge on the importance of nutrition and fuelling my body and having a really supportive environment to come to each day. Being able to train alongside my partner is also a massive boost.
A big reason I would recommend Vision PT overall as they hold you accountable and provide a supportive environment as well as making exercise become fun and motivation to improve every day. They also make exercise an enjoyable experience all round. They provide the nutritional details on how to fuel your body through the use of seminars, shopping tours and personal conversations with your pt.
