A year ago I realised I wasn’t prioritising my health and fitness. I was eating irregularly with whatever I can grasp and I was sitting all day and not moving at all. My weight was creeping up and my clothes weren’t fitting like they used to. I would get puffed out easily doing physical activity and have to stop to catch my breath. I realised I needed to change and really needed someone to push me because I tried myself many times and I just couldn’t do it alone.

My neighbour offered me to try out Vision down the road as she has achieved great result and able to maintain it long term so I wanted to try it out because I wanted the accountability from trainer and someone to point me in the right direction on what I should eat and how to exercise that suits my need.

I started to see results and getting stronger in my PT sessions and I quickly started to join group classes too. I really love boxing for the most part as it gives me the feeling of excitement. I don’t feel like I am doing work I am just having fun. On top of that my trainer include in the training plan for me to walk every day and stretch my times as I progress. I started with 30mins per day and now I can easily do up to 2 hours without struggle at the end this has becoming a habit.

Since Feb I have lost 10 kg while improving my muscle tone and strength. I have been able to participate two running events with one being the Sutherland to shire 11km fun run.

I am so glad I took the chance to head down to vision, I now dropped 3 sizes to fit back into my dress I was once wearing but also I feel in control with myself from all the habitual changes over the last 6 months.
