Madeleine truly demonstrated how consistency leads to victory. Her journey began after the COVID-19 lockdown, where she felt she had gained a few kilos by staying at home. She came to Vision wanting to tone up but felt a little lost and needed someone to help her make changes to her exercise and eating habits.
Once we set strong, realistic goals to help her shed the excess body fat, Madeleine was able to make steady progress week by week, ticking off all the boxes necessary to achieve her goal of losing 5.5 kg. And she achieved it in just her first 9 weeks!
But her results did not stop there. Not only did she keep her body fat percentage down and continue to improve her biological age, but she also achieved her strength goal. When she started with Vision, she couldn't even perform a push-up on her knees. With her recent progress, she is able to perform more than 3 consecutive push-ups on her toes in a row, which she never thought she would achieve in her life. She is now feeling strong, toned, and with loads of energy.
With the help of her trainer, Madeleine prioritised her food and exercise, giving her the confidence to take control of her own body for long-lasting results!
