After being burnt out from work, Marnie decided to take a long break and make changes to invest in her physical and mental health.
Across her first 9 weeks of her transformation, she has lost 10 kg of fat while improving her muscle tone by participating in one-on-one personal training and group training sessions weekly. She has also dialed in her nutrition by attending shopping tours and seminars to assist her with better education in eating. Marnie also tracks her food every day as part of her food plan to ensure she is guided and on top of her nutrition.
Marnie is always working to push her personal best every day. She has improved her muscle tone in her program and was able to increase her total load lifted by adding more reps to the same weight or by increasing the weight lifted. Each week, Marnie would walk to the studio for her class and training sessions and she would stay back and do extra cardio so she would not miss out on her weekly cardio goals.
Her recent achievement was taking on the Sutherland to Surf for the first time, and she is ready to continue the new habit she has built. Marnie's success is achieved by prioritising her health and fitness, and she now finds it realistic to fit her exercise and healthy eating into her weekly schedule moving forward long-term.
