Goals for winter and another COVID outbreak were bold - focus on dropping some weight and get a huge promotion. No space for error. The team at Vision PT Bondi Junction and my trainer Tania looked after me, lots of support and encouragement, nutrition seminars helped me to be extra prepared on everyday basis . Run club and seminars gave me an extra spark to get through the winter. Success doesn't just happen. You have to be intentional about it, and that takes discipline. -John C. Maxwell
