How was your health and fitness before you joined Vision?
Health was OK but I was a little overweight. I also wanted to improve my strength. This was certainly achieved with both strength and weight loss.
Tell me about your recent training?
My recent training has been interrupted with a few personal speed bumps so therefore I found the strength and weight set back after a couple of months. A seven week travel around Europe was another thing that set me back a little which that means I have a little bit to catch up on again.
What results have you achieved lately?
My best results were 20% increase in strength and weight loss by 6kg.
What would you tell someone who is thinking about joining Vision?
The Vision system works very well and I HIGHLY recommend using the MyVision app for monitoring your food and drink consumption. I found that a huge difference. However using a trainer was the key strength in controlling the app. Well done to my trainer Will.
