Oriti has come leaps and bounds since starting with trainer Joel in June 2023! She is a perfect example of how focusing on training and nutrition can, not only improve your physique, but also your mental and overall health!
Since starting resistance-based training consistently, Oriti has lost over 8cm around her torso and improved her Resting Heart Rate from 81bpm to 67bpm which is now within the healthy range for her age and gender! Oriti indicates she has seen major improvements in her overall mood and energy since she began!
Not only did she train while navigating a personal tragedy as she understood how important it was for her well-being, but she also added her swimming sessions to help improve her cardiovascular health and she has just recently added a session every week to do 1-on-1 boxing too!
We love seeing how confident Oriti has become and how comfortable she is in her own skin now!
