Wally has surpassed his own expectations since starting his fitness journey with trainer Joel in late 2023. He and his wife, Lesley, joined the program with a commitment to kick-start the new year and achieve their health and fitness goals.
Wally's initial goal was to lose 10kg, and in just over six months, he has accomplished that and more. Working closely with Joel, he diligently followed his personalized training plan, including walking/running, group classes, and personal training sessions. Wally also focused on his nutrition, tracking and meeting his daily macro goals. Even during vacations, he remained dedicated to his fitness, ensuring regular exercise, portion control, and mindful alcohol consumption.
As a result of his hard work and dedication, Wally has achieved another significant milestone: reaching a weight below 100kg.
