Vision Personal Training Bondi Junction could not be prouder of what Rosie Ryan has achieved in 2014. Here's what Rosie had to say about her journey so far:

Starting at Vision Personal Training Bondi Junction was the best decision I have ever made. The initial steps were daunting and taking ownership of my own weight was a massive task in itself. However, the support and guidance of the Trainers ensured I was off to the best possible start and from there it has been a truly memorable experience. Earlier this month I swam the Coogee Island Swim, I have recently taken to running and I enjoy shopping for clothes - all things that 12 months ago I avoided.

Vision has truly changed not only my physical well-being but also my outlook on life. I look forward to reaching my goal and future goals with the support of the Vision Personal Training and the team at Bondi Junction.
