Sam Papallo

It was towards the end of 2014 that Sam had been booked in for gastric band surgery. Weighing in at 180kg, he took the boldest step of his life in cancelling those plans and opting to do it naturally.

He lost 20kg on his own and then joined Vision Personal Training Gladesville. Sam this year alone has taken his total loss remarkably close to 30kg. Sam is an inspirational story where each chapter reads greater than the last.

His dedication to healthy eating and a growing passion for exercise make him an amazing role model for anybody needing a true success story for aspiration. You will now find him in the Studio sharing his story to instill belief in his fellow Clients and this is just the beginning for him!
