How was your health and fitness before you joined Vision?
My health and fitness levels were like a yo yo and very inconsistent prior to Vision. As usual the XMAS/holiday period of indulging and making excuses would see me disappointed in myself and not happy. I had no consistency in looking after myself.
Tell me about your recent training?
By my birthday in February this year I had enough of neglecting my health and fitness. I had really run out of excuses with a lack of consistency. I knew it was time to man up for myself and mental health and get on with it. The highlight so far with my recent training to be honest has been not the results (however they have been fabulous) but the effort and consistency I have put in. Spending time planning my schedule with PT sessions has helped me commit and feel good I have done what I set out to do.
What results have you achieved lately?
To me the results are that I have committed to my PT sessions each week and turning up with my mental health and self care in a happy place. The real results have followed due to this with some weight loss, muscle gain, less thoughts about my body image, better energy levels and drive to be as healthy as I can be.
What would you tell someone who is thinking about joining Vision?
I have a few family members already at Vision and we are all passionate and positive when we get together and chat about our journey with Vision and how happy we are. Vision is designed to suit everybody's body type and situation. They are wonderful and empathic with their communication skills and will create a program to suit you as an individual and cater for your needs throughout your health journey.
