How was your health and fitness before you joined Vision?
I felt lethargic at times and would always find excuses not to exercise. I was relatively active however never had stayed consistent. I had very limited knowledge about nutrition but my PT, Will, has equipped me with a lot of great education around food. Being able to plan and track my meals has given me an understanding of the importance of a good diet.
Tell me about your recent training (the highlight of it)?
Getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight a year after was a huge highlight. I have also signed up for a half marathon that I will complete in a few months!
What results have you achieved?
Since joining Vision I have lost over 17kg after giving birth to my first child. My journey has never felt overwhelming or unreachable at any stage as my goal has been broken down into smaller weekly goals which has been very manageable. I feel fit and strong, plus I love the sense of accomplishment when those weekly goals are hit! Vision has helped me create long-term exercise and eating habits.
What would you tell someone who is thinking about joining Vision?
Do it! I’ve had the best experience at Vision, all the trainers are very encouraging and make me feel welcome every time I step into the studio. It’s a supportive community that I have never experienced at any other gym. The classes are great, and they listen to client feedback and adjust when things can be improved
