What state was your health and confidence in prior to Vision?
"I've been in good health and condition before coming to Drummoyne Studio and was doing well in sports. However, I was looking into improving my physical conditions further with the accent on increasing lean mass and conditioning, allowing to compete well in endurance races like Spartan along with maintaining current results in my main sport."
What result have you achieved?
"I managed to shred 5 kg of body fat over 3 months, increased lean mass, improved my conditioning and overall look. I managed to achieve my best physical form ever inside and outside, all while successfully completing my very first Spartan race in the top 50% competitors of my age group."
What component was the most crucial in achieving your goal?
"Trust the system, get your head down and do the work with no excuses. Rigorously following set macros along with maintaining a high level of physical activity throughout the week. Looking after results every session, and constantly exchanging feedback with the trainer. The most crucial factor is designing a program which fits your goal and fine-tuning along the way with the trainer by providing feedback and working hard."
What would you say to a friend if they asked you about your experience?
"If you are serious about your performance in life - both mentally and physically, look no further. It's no easy work, but once you adopt it as a habit and as an inseparable part of your daily routine and your life, it produces amazing results in all spheres."
