1) Anything with White Flour
White Flour is wheat that has had the majority of its fibre removed. This means your 'flow' may be slowed because it's fibre that keeps things moving. Some examples of foods with white flour include white bread, donuts, pasta, cakes, chips and donuts.
2) Fried Foods
The more fat, generally the slower and harder the food is to process. When frying foods, we add a lot of trans fats and this may not be good if we're attempting to ease constipation or prevent it from returning.
