I just wasn’t feeling like myself and knew it was time for a real change. Going through menopause can be incredibly frustrating—no matter what you do, it often feels like nothing is working. I was tired of feeling out of control and struggling with my body.

After chatting with Rachel, I realised this was something I needed to commit to for myself. I had big professional goals, and I wanted to feel confident both inside and out. It wasn’t just about my work; it was about regaining my energy and feeling good about who I was again.

So, I took it one step at a time—literally. I started increasing my daily steps, tracking my food, and staying accountable to my goals. Life didn’t stop for me, and we had events and challenges along the way, but for the first time in a while, I felt back in control of my health and mindset.

The icing on the cake? My workplace won Store of the Year! I felt absolutely amazing in my dress for the celebrations. Looking back, I have no regrets at all. I’m so proud of the changes I made, and I’m excited to keep moving forward with this momentum.
