I returned to Vision Personal Training because I’ve trained with Rachel for years, and I knew I needed to refocus and be held accountable again. Life had become a bit chaotic, and with my ankle injury limiting my cardio options, I knew I had to find another way to stay active and healthy. Weight training and good nutrition became essential for me, especially as my ankle pain worsened.
I wasn’t feeling great physically or mentally. My once-a-week treat of thick-cut raisin toast and coffee had slowly spiralled into eating out for most meals. What started as a small indulgence had turned into a daily habit—two slices of raisin toast every morning and frequent takeaways. I was slipping into a pattern that I knew wasn’t serving me, and with my ankle injury getting worse, I realised it was time to rein things in and make some serious changes.
That’s when Rachel and the Vision program came in. Focusing on weight training, better nutrition, and staying consistent with the weekly check-ins made all the difference. Losing 7kg has had a massive impact, not just on my body but on my mindset as well. I feel stronger, more in control, and more confident about my health and fitness.
I can honestly say that the Vision program works, and I’m so glad I took the steps to get back on track. It’s been a game-changer for me!
